Surface Book 2 15" vs?

Grabbing a new laptop in the price range of £1.6k - £2k ish.. So far it's become a Razer Blade pro 17", Dell Xps 15" 4k version or wait a few months for the surface book 2 15" model for the better gpu over the 13". Touch screen is relatively important for my uni work, and for pen usage I'm leaning towards the surface book.. Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?
