GPU not detecting

Hey  all :)

 

I got my gtx 1080ti watercooled with EKWB A240G around july this year. i got a new case for christmas, and ive been transfering my build for the past 12ish hours.

When i booted it the first time in the new case, it worked totally fine. then after i rebooted the system, my gpu stopped getting recognized.

 

ive checked my  board explorer, device manager, it just doesnt show up anymore.

not even the monitor i run on my gtx 1080ti detects a signal(my 2nd monitor does work, but its run through the intel integrated graphics)
