Build isnt POSTing

Yes i plugged in all the power connectors. yes i tryed onboard graphics. yes i tried multiple hdmi ports. yes i checked my cpu cooler. yes i tryed every plug on my PSU. yes i tryed every pcie slot. 

 

 

I built my computer today and i powered it on and it isnt POSTing. I got my MOBO on ebay so it is probably the problem but is there anything that could be messed up?

 

The MOBO lights are rgbing but its not POSTing
