Addressable RGB lighting question

So here is my question. My father bought a Asus Z370-H motherboard that does not have a addressable, or regular RBG header on it. He bought a string of addressable RGB lights that he would like me to add to the case. Does anyone know of a way to use the addressable RGB lights in combination with this motherboard? Is there a add-in card that I could get him? Is there a additional controller that I could add to the case? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
