The medion has gsync and a full rgb display but the Acer laptop looks more reputable.

that medion is a clevo p670hp6 and that is a really good laptop IMO

check mu signature for more infos about Clevo

The Medion brand is actually very reputable.  I'd buy from them well before I bought an Acer.
