Does your mobo have a number code displayed?

Have you tried using the on board graphics and removing the GPU? Presuming your not using on board...

So there is still no display everything runs and spins there is no beeping frim the motherboard that says something is missing.

There so many things to check. First things i would be doing is the silly things i may have forgotten when building. Have you another monitor or tv you can plug into? have you another HDMI or DisplayPort cable? Have you tried all the outputs even dvi? Take parts off put them back? did you take the protective film off the heatsink on the AIO pump? Swear at it?
