HyperX Cloud II or HyperX Cloud Alpha

I´m buying a pair of new gaming headphones and im stuck between the HyperX Cloud II and the HYperX Cloud Alpha. The Alpha is newly released and seems to be one of the best pair of headphones you could buy in the $100 price range, but the Cloud II has 7.1 surround sound and are a bit cheaper but they are 2 years older. Witch one should I buy?

The original cloud core.

I dont think the alpha worth the extra cost according to reviews.

You can emulate 7.1 surround with razer surround software.

If the HyperX Cloud II was discounted to the same cost as the Core. Witch one should I get?

100%, i paid £68, and it came with 2 sets of ear cups (leather and fabric). Comfy to wear and the sound quality is amazing. The 7.1 surround also makes a difference to me personally (i play alot of Rust so its nice to hear when people are behind me)
