Cloudnet virus? If so how did you get it in the first place?

 

try an antivirus program like Avast (personally use this program and has been great, just make sure to disable notifications.

Note: some malware/virus' don't uninstall easily/fully and may require a reinstall of Windows. If your a child with a techy parent, get them to do it. If your a child with no techy parent, it is best to leave it alone.
