I've recently done a clean install of Windows 10 and when I've been booting it up I have had problems with the audio being static/crackling and I have to reboot the system for it to work again but then sometimes it will happen again and I have to repeat the same procedure. I am using Voicemeeter Banana but I close that and restart it but that isn't the issue I don't think

 

Update: it's voicemeeter banana
