I set up some video's to export from Premier Pro 2018 while I took care of some errands, left about 2 hours ago and just got home.  Normally for an hour video, nothing special in terms of intensive edits, 1080p 30ish fps, H.264, for a YouTube upload (Plug: Check out Unpops on there, it's awesome) it'll take roughly 20 minutes.  Well if you see in the screenshot I just took, it's been on a 23 minute video with zero edits besides some denoiser magic bullet shit for over an hour and a half.  In the other screen shot you'll see that my GPU is only at 20% usage, all 12 cores are barely breaking 40%, and nothing's running in the background that's not always running.  It's not a storage issue; going from an NVME M.2 to a raid 0 with two Samsung 850 evo's with at least a 100 gigs free on each.  This has never happened before and I don't know what's up with it.

Any suggestions?  Also, come to think of it, Premiere Pro was acting slower than usual... Like lagging when scrubbing, briefly hanging when applying effects or moving clips, etc.  Never happened before either.  No recent updates to the Adobe programs, probably been over a month since the last update.

Specs:

Windows 10 64 bit 2nd creator update

Intel i7 6800k (overclocked but well tested and stable.  On a custom loop)

MSI X99A XPower gaming titanium

MSI 1080 TI (slight overclock but well below the limit, also water cooled)

32 Gigs of ram

Thanks in advance!
