I don't see a reason to have it, unless you explicitly installed Chromium yourself.

But just be sure to set a restore point before deleting, in case the folder for example is a backbone to some other program (one that implements a web view based on Chromium).

First of all didn't know where to put this thread so just put it in general, feel free to move it if it's wrong

So was just doing some other stuff on my computer and was browsing user/local/appdata on my C: Drive and saw i had a "Chromium" folder, anything i should be worried about? never installed chromium and don't know where it's from

Anti-virus says computer is fine so doesn't seem like a virus

Chromium is the basis of Google Chrome, the internet browser, so it could be just fine.

But as far as I know, Google Chrome doesn't just automatically make a Chromium folder (it didn't on my PC anyways), so not sure where you got it from.

Don't delete folders you don't know if they are used or not.

If you didn't install Chromium then chances are some other program did, and deleting the folder will break that program. What you could do is change the name of the folder from "Chromium" to "_Chromium" or something along those lines. Then leave it that way for a while. If none of your programs stop working then it's safe to delete it.
