Upgrading ram

I'm looking to add more ram to my system and this is the ram I have right inside of my pc https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231546&ignorebbr=1 . If I add ram that is another brand but has very similar specs should I be safe or should I just stick with the same brand?
