GPU PROBLEMS!!!

so i play rainbow six siege alot and i love getting smooth 60 frames on it and ive been playing like that for a while but recently ive noticed that it has been letting me down a bit no matter how i tinker with the settings its just stays at 45 fps for some odd reason i know my pc is well above capable of that and even when i turn everything down just to see if its just the gpu not pushing enough pixels or what the problem is im just really baffled on what the problem is 

 

Hardware:

Cpu: pentium g4560

Gpu: evga gtx 1050

Mem: 1x8 of 2400 ram

Did you turn on frame rate limiter?

Get new drivers then. I'm sure there's 388.43, not sure of there's 388.7x. Also check for temps on CPU and GPU. Dont forget power plan in Windows Control Panel. Dont use power save

Update to the latest driver which is 388.71. The stutter is fixed with the latest one

look up benchmarks of 1050 online, and download those benchmark programs and compare ur gpu ur gpu to the benchmark, if its lower by alot then u got problem related to the gpu/driver/another software limiting it, if its fine and close to it then probably from the game.this will help u to know what to trouble shoot later
