When I play any game which involves me moving my mouse, my cpu''s usage goes to 100 and I lag really hard. When I restart the comp it goes back to normal how can I fix this

Have you tried moving your mouse to a different USB port (assuming that it's wired) and have you tested with a different mouse?

how much Ram do you have, I have this problem with rust and I always thought it was because i only had 4gb of ram... i5 3550?

Can you list all of your system specs? Your i5 and 1060 shouldn't do that so we should take a look at your other components.

It may be that the resolution you are running at is 4k as an example and the game is running in a borderless window? Change the window settings.

If you have Realtek audio software installed, Uninstall it... Windows will have drivers that should be sufficient.

 

I know what your thinking... what does audio software have to do with it, trust me.

Can you provide your full system specs? Also check drivers and such.
