Ram/Motherboard problem - PC won't post.

I just built my pc and it won't even start up at all.  Everything turns on, but nothing shows up on the monitor. I checked and the d ram LED is constantly on. I tried pressing the mem ok button and it changed to a blinking light. I've tried every single slot, using different ram sticks, just using one and nothing seems to work. I also tried with the motherboard out of the case with the bare minimum plugged in. I even tried without ram and it does the same thing, no beeping. Not sure what else I can try, I got the motherboard used, so I have no idea if I messed it up or it came they way. Sorry if the formatting is bad, I'm on mobile.

SPECS:

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO
CPU: Intel I5 3570
GPU: GTX 670 FTW 4GB
RAM:8GB DDR3 1333mhz  (2 4GB sticks)
PSU: Seasonic S12II 620 watt

The GPU

Plug it into your motherboard. As you don't have the required display drivers installed for your GPU, that may be why you're not getting a display.
