find windows extended partition after motherboard/cpu upgrade

Hello! So before I upgraded my CPU and motherboard, I had windows installed on a SSD, and 2 1TB HDDs in a "extended partition" created through windows (not BIOS), I booted my PC, installed all drivers gain etc etc, but my PC isn't picking up the 2 HDDs, anyway I can recover this or do I need to wipe them and make a new one? Thanks!
