i'm planning for a pc upgrade.

I've made a part list -

**CPU** | [AMD - Ryzen 7 1700X 3.4GHz 8-Core Processor]
**CPU Cooler** | [Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler]
**Motherboard** | [Gigabyte - GA-AB350-GAMING 3 ATX AM4 Motherboard]
**Memory** | [Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory]
**Video Card** | [Zotac - GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB Mini Video Card]
**Case** | [Cooler Master - MasterBox Lite 5 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case]
**Power Supply** | [Corsair - CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply]

i'll be sticking to my current storage drive.tell me if something need to be changed close to my budget .

#1. BUDGET& LOCATION -
around 1100-1200k USD, OR 70-80K INR India. i would buy parts from a local retailer
      retailer's part list- http://www.costtocost.in/list/pricelist.pdf

#2. AIM -

i'll be using this pc is primarily for 3ds max with vray, auto cad ,Photoshop, premiere . basically 3d modelling and rendering. but also for gaming

#3. MONITOR -

i would upgrade to a 1440p monitor after some time, till then i would be using my 1080p monitor.
#4. PERIPHERALS-

I'll be using my current peripherals

#5  reason for upgrade-

my current i3 2100 and gt610 is able to play you tube videos but unable to do anything in programs i'll be using without consuming hours.
my pc is completely outdated, therefore currently i'm using a laptop , but it can't help me much.

thanks in advance for any advice.

I have heard that the VRMs on gigabyte's motherboards for ryzen can get very hot, maybe you should google it. not all brands were equally succesfull at making ryzen motherboards. its not a very big deal but if you really want to overclock then just find a decent review for that specific board before buying.

If you can get Asus or ASRock X370/B350 Boards, they are excellent on VRM department

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).

Mention me if you want to summon me sooner or later

Spoiler

My head on 2019 :

Note 10, S10, Samsung becomes Apple, Zen 2, 3700X, Renegade X lol

get Asus B350 Prime if available (TUF will also work), and for gaming i7-8700K is a great option than the Ryzen 7 1700X. balanced at multitasking tho

First u wont be able to build that under 80k , i am sure believe me i live in Delhi too.

Second ryzen 7 is not that great for gaming compared to 8700k .... but if u want amd then go with r5 1600 that's more then enough for gtx 1070 ti or u can go with 8600k too.

But if u are hard pressed on ryzen 7 then just get r7 1700 as 1700X alone will cost 28-30k.

Third don't get that Motherboard if u are going to overclock 8 core or even 6 core amd cpu ... it's trash for overclocking those.

Get asus prime b350 plus or Asus strix b350-f.

Four 212evo or 212X won't support am4 out of box , u need to either buy or ask cooler master to send u am4 bracket so it will work with cooler.

Fifth u should ask about your build on Reddit on r/IndianGaming , u will get much better answers there , compared to here which is mostly US centric forum.
