Can I roll back to my windows.old again?

Hi!

I recently installed a fresh copy of windows 10 on top of my existing windows 10 system, because of a lot of bluescreening. After installing the fresh windows 10 build. Later I realised it was my gpu that was dead, so I removed it at no the bluescreening is gone. Now I just want my old system back. I can still acces my old files if I dig through the windows.old folder, but can i restore it fully?
