Access is denied in CMD.

I am trying to delete Grub Bootloader with CMD but I get Access denied, I am an admin on the PC and I've tried disabling UAC as that's what they say to do on the MS forums but still nothing. Anyone know how to get passed this?

You need to run cmd as admin,

 

You can do that by right clicking on the cmd icon in the start menu and clicking run as administrator. Or by pressing left ctrl+ left shift + enter when hovered over the cmd icon.

 

Or you could use powershell with admin

It doesn't matter if you're just admin on the PC, you need to open CMD as admin.
"Open CMD as Administrator", not just "Open".

Search for it like Jack says, rightclick and "open as"

right click cmd and run as administrator. or type this in cmd. 
runas /user:administrator cmd
