PC noises

Just built my PC. is it normal for it to make various noises? I always get paranoids about my new things. Just fans making noise, sometimes changing noise, those sorts of things normal? I feel like my ears are getting tuned to ear the fans and its bugging me.

Can you further specify "various noises?" Is it your fans, coil whine, etc?

fans, specifically cpu fan, i just always pick something to be paranoid about when i get something new, this time it's the PC I built, afraid something will go wrong and I'll be SOL and just wasted a bunch of money.

Yea, it's pretty normal for the fan to kick up under load. You can probably adjust the fan curve for it in BIOS to make it more silent if you wish. But make sure it keeps your cpu cool

its a fan of couse it makes noise. when you turn on the fire for your stove it makes noise, if you take a shower it makes a noise. guess you worry about the pipe bursting when you do that too?

 also if it breaks in 30 days of buying it, return it for a new one.
