corsair void pro

I just picked up a set of corsair void pros and noticed they are very quiet at max volume compared to my hyper x clouds, is there anyway i could boost the volume? i was going to return them but best buys computer system was down and they couldnt process sales or returns so i figured i would give these another shot

Are they USB or Wireless?

 

If wireless make sure they are fully charged?  Change the batteries? check for corsair software ?(if any) like razer synapse etc.

 

Check your audio output devices and disable any that are not the headset.

 

Try different USB ports?

they are wireless with the corsair usb receiver, they are fully charged, have to have the corsair CUE software in order for the headphones to work and different usb ports made no difference. i may just have to return them and get the hyperx cloud 2 headset that i originally wanted just sucks i like the convenience of wireless

I have the void wireless SE and I can barely stand 40% volume not sure why it's so quiet for you.

 

Actually I had this problem before, try right clicking on volume in the task bar are and select playback volume or something like that. Make sure your volume on your web browser, steam account or Spotify account isn't lower than your playback volume.

yeah everthing is sitting at 100% i have the wireless void pro RGB CA-9011153-NA thats the model number

i wonder if its a faulty headset? i did get the geeksquad warranty so i could try trading it out for a new set
