i3 8100 Temp While Gaming

You're completely fine. TJmax is 100C for Intel and if you feel the need to keep it under a certain range, you're going to need a different cooler, but the proposed "worried temps" are purely subjective and up to you to decide.

100% agree. Electrically speaking, there is higher potential for increased "electron migration" at higher temperatures however. Puget Systems did a "study" (though they tend to be pretty reliable in their research) and found that extended operations between "80c-85c" had no significant effects on the longevity of the tested chips (though again, higher temperatures can accelerate electron migration). https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Impact-of-Temperature-on-Intel-CPU-Performance-606/

:D

EDIT: As @ARikozuM said, this is nothing to be worried about at such a low temperature and clock speed. Cheers!

So i just got my i3 8100 yesterday im using the stock cooler and a r9 390 tri-x i have just 1 exhaust fan on the case , while playing cs go temp is around 61 degrees , but while playing rust on max i noticed the temp jumping up to 72 max. Should i be worried i will get an aftermarket cooler some time soon.

That is normal, especially for a cheap Intel stock cooler! Anything past 85c after extended period of heavy load should you have cause for concern. Ideally, you keep the CPU as cool as possible, but peaking in the low 70s on a stock cooler is perfectly acceptable (and expected).

Fully aware of migration, but that doesn't pose as much of a risk until you're overclocking causing gates and transistors to work faster than intended or until you start hitting TJmax along with no securities like throttling.

Based on my understanding, that is 100% correct.

Ah alright , on idle it's around 37 is that good ?

What's your ambient temp? It can't go lower than that, but idle doesn't say anything except when it's unreasonable.
