What's your budget though, also what parts are you not counting that would carry over from the old pc?

wattage is enough but the smart isn't good. get a corsair CX or be quiet pure power 10 instead. also, get a ryzen cpu instead of the kabylake cpus.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Ryzen is on par with Haswell, so the only point of trading a 6600 for a Ryzen 3 would be if it's cheaper (probably it is, but with Coffee Lake out, it probaably shouldn't), but at the cost of lower performance.

The overall system would still make sense, though.

Might I recommend using http://pcpartspicker.com

Not only does it make it easy to spec different builds, it shows the lowest prices out there that it can find.
