Urgent Help!

Hello  

Something happen to my PC idk what happen but there was hard drive problem and give a choker for my games and the W10 

I use RRTS to know the cpu and gpu load during an csgo deathmatch the gpu power reach 7-15% and cpu usage was 85-90% but recorder does not record that RRTS

i also screen record that gameplay so you can help me and also there is a FPS chart to diogenes it properly

pls just help me dont leave me alone pls just help me thanks

So I just started playing deathmatch after the new update and I have the same problem, probably valve's fault and they'll probably bring out a fix in the coming days

Also, you wont find any help unless you can actually tell us what the issue is? I skipped through the video, and can't really see what the issue is.

ok replacing hard drive is necessary it casue increase in boot times
