both almost same price
i plan to use iGPU for now,imma buy gtx 1050 or ti later
i mostly play paladins

With a budget this low I'd get used stuff instead. Both arent worth buying at this point really. Without overclocking AMD's CPU seems weak due to low base clock speeds. As for 7th gen, it's already no longer getting new CPUs.

like a i5 2nd gen up and a gtx 1050 or ti ?

Yes if those are prebuilts. If they are custom machines you can use used graphics cards as well.

 

If you are looking for lasting one or two years then used stuff is a much better choice. Even 2nd gen i5s can handle basic games for years.

The price itself is decent, but then the graphics card isnt quite up to the task so maybe ask if you can not buy the GPU? Also you might want extra 4GB DDR3, but those are cheap
