Weird sounds

Hoff9zu0

So i just changed my Fans from DC to PWM in the Bios.
After booting i heard a strange sound every 10 seconds or so. I thought it has to do with the PWM setting ,so i went back to DC.

And still i get this weird whirring sound every 10 seconds.

What happened? I can't remember hearing that sound before and im at the old settings now.

Pls help.

Is it possible to take a clean audio recording & post it? The forum-gurus could then diagnose it (or at least sample it and make a mixtape [sorry, being glib]).

seriously, can someone help @Hoff9zu0 out?

Find "Click to choose files". I think you can upload audio files, but if that doesn't work, just upload a video of it.

Guys i think I found it. I turned of my Graphics Cards Fans. And the sound is gone. Apparently, they were on auto and switched between 5% and 0% the whole time.

I have no idea why tho. I never had problems with the auto setting before. Im using GPU Tweak 2.

So i can't leave it on auto no more and will have to let the fans run all the time or what? :/

So i can't seem to stop that. If you look at the Temps its jumping up and down although i set it to 0%.

What should I do?
