Questions about FPS

If my monitor only supports 60FPS while my graphic card can go up from 75-90FPS, should I just limit it to 60FPS? Will this lower down the workload of GPU and perform more stable?

if its a competitive FPS u will benefit from all the extra frames, your monitor will choose the newest frame to use, if its a slow paced game vsync will help it look better

and lowering ur fps will not lower the workload of the GPU, only prevent tareing in the picture

wall your monitor is only running at 60hz it is getting a more recent picture 

it kinda depends how competitive you are. I would leave it as it is for a more competitive edge tbh
