Problem with Audio connections

My audio keeps cutting out and 'popping' when playing games and talking to friends. My headset (Razer kraken pro v2) is plugged into the front of the computer.

I read that you should always plug headsets into the back of the computer but when I do, it doesn't detect a jack.

I also have the Razer Blackwidow chroma v2 keyboard in which the 3.5mm audio jack can be plugged straight into it. The keyboard then has an audio thing that plugs into the back. I plugged it into the red one and my mic worked but I can't hear anything.

I really need to find out the problem because I want my headset to be connected at the back of the computer rather than the front where it is glitching out. I think there may be a problem with the audio wires in my PC but I'm not sure.

When you start losing your sound , move the wire entering your headset. Sometime it`s a bad connection to the headphone, that is the problem.

I've tried that but it doesn't change. I've even tried not moving at all and it still goes from sounding good to bad. I plugged the headphones into my ipad and it's fine so it must be something to do with my PC
