USB C Hub

Hi! I've been looking for a USB C Hub that has a full USB C port that acts as a passthrough from my XPS to my phone and I can't find one. The reason I am looking for this is because I charge my Nexus 6P mainly from the USB C port on my XPS which fast charges it so I only need one charger. But all of the USB C Hubs I've found only have one USB C that is just a power passthrough to charge the laptop. Any ideas of where I can find one that can do this? The other ports I need are 3 USB A, HDMI, and Ethernet. Thanks!

er.. here's the thing. That USB C Port is just a 'DC In' power passthrough to charge the laptop.

I don't need that. I need that USB C port to be a full data and power passthrough out of the laptop and into my phone (basically a reverse of that image). I'm starting to think that there is some technical or standards limitation with that because every USB C hub has similar limitations to that one. Maybe I'll have to go for a more expensive and less portable Thunderbolt 3 option.

Yeah sorry, I realized that and made the appropriate edit to my previous post. I don't think you'll be able to find something like that outside of Thunderbolt 3
