Help with a mid-range pc

lior1111

Budget - About 4000NIS ( 1137$ )

Living in Israel , cannot buy parts from newegg/amazon (shops available for me are in the post)

The pc is a surprise for my cousin , he always plays PUBG at my place and always talks about how much he wants to play on his own pc but he cant of course.
thing is i dont want to make the pc too expensive for his dad to be unable to buy it but at the same time i dont want to be too cheap for it to be a really good pc for a good amount of time that my cousin can use and enjoy from.
im wondering if those specs are alright and if theres anything i can upgrade for about the same price but better performance or on the other hand , save some money for the same performance?
I am a bit limited in my country , cant really order anything from amazon or newegg.
I think the sites im able to use have english translation so i will add a couple :

https://www.wellcom.co.il/index.php?route=product/configurator

https://ksp.co.il/?uin=16014&select=.269..396..52.

https://www.tms.co.il/index.php?route=product/configurator

I know im throwing out alot of information , but if you can help me building a pc as cheap and as good as possible i would really appreciate it.

Those are the specs I was talking about :

For future proofing you could consider getting a 6 core ryzen processor. Once you factor in the cost of not needing to buy a cooler it works out about the same cost. you may lose 1-2 frames per second on games now, but in the next few years games will really start to use more threads and the ryzen will shine for years to come.

a ryzen 1600 I'm referring to, you can easily give it an OC to 3.7 and it will almost match the 7500 anyway in quad core loads. then in multi threaded loads it is more than twice as fast.

EDIT: The Overclock is not required for the processor to be a contender, but it definitely is an option.

Build looks good as is, to me. I'm personally a fan of AMD's stuff generally, so I would go with the R5 1600 suggested above. However, the difference won't be anything to write home about between the two, as far as I'm aware. It's really a matter of preference at this moment in time. As to what the future holds in terms of games taking advantage of more cores, I have no clue. I'm not a game designer, or a CPU engineer. Get either, they should both be fine for a bit. Good luck with the build!

Oh! One more thing. If you can, I would pony up for some extra RAM. 16gb will go a long way in gaming, particularly poorly optimized games such as-guess what- PUBG. Also being able to run dual channel will help you out. Basically, don't make my mistakes.

Everything I know I learned from the internet. Also school.
