Hi everyone!

i have just build my system migrating from a laptop

and i was having a really leg problem with my mouse

my motherboard is a asus z370e, processor i7 8700k, gpu gtx 1080ti, windows 10 pro

the mouse in question that was giving me a big problem is a

mx master 2s

it was leg and making me crazy

then after trying many things that i saw online and nothing was solving my issue

i connected an external wifi adapter in my computer instead of using the one build in with the motherboard

and after that the mouse start to move normal again and the internet connection it self is better

any ideas on the problem

did somebody had similar problem?

sorry if it was confusing ill rephrase it again

the problem is my mouse mx master 2s that was working flawless with my laptop

wonce i was done building my desktop

with a motherboard that has build in  wifi/bluetooth

the mouse didnt work very well

legging and at times not working at all

this problem i found a way around by instead of using the wifi/bluetooth connector that came with the motherboard

im using a third part wifi stick and now the mouse is working flawless in my desktop

the thing is did somebody also had the same problem

and what could it be that the mouse isnt working properly with the connector from the motherboard

because if there is a problem with the motherboard connector it is still in the warranty period and i would replace it

that´s one of the points of my post

i hope i was clear this time

  • 3 weeks later...

I solve the issue

after trying several different possible solutions that didnt work

i bought an adapter for the internet and now its all perfect

i dont know why it didnt work properly with the adapter that came along with the motherboard

maybe it was too much to handle

the internet (wifi) and mouse (bluetooth) all on the same connector......

but the important thing is that is running perfectly now

thank you everybody for all the suggestions
