Just recently put a build together for my girlfriend. I lost the manual for my msi z170 gaming m5 that I gave to her. So I just randomly tried slots for my power switch FPC until I found a port that allowed me to turn on and off the PC.
Everything on the PC functions fine, asides from whenever it is moved (or rather jerked, really) to one side the computer shuts off. This issue isn't the end of the world, I think I'm just curious what is causing it, and how it can be fixed.

You can find the manual here, https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z170A-GAMING-M5#down-manual And I would make sure they are plugged in all the way.

CPU: Intel Core i9 9900K | Ram: 32GB Corsair LPX 3200 DDR4 | Asus Maximus XI Hero Z390 | GPU: EVGA RTX2080 XC | 960 EVO Samsung 500GB M.2 | 850 EVO Samsung 250GB M.2 | Samsung 1TB QVO SSD | 1TB HDD WD Blue

Thanks, I'll have to check that out and comeback to update this thread. I went with a cheaper PSU by EVGA for the build. I have to take the 24 motherboard plug to it's limits, it's contorted at a weird angle, and I feel like that may also be the problem, the 24pin not being seated properly.
