Hey, Im planning on buying a 1070 / 1070Ti, and the question is, is there a chance for a bottleneck?

Will some stress it out? sure, but it should still play the games just fine.  I had the 4570 teamed with a 980 (put it in an HP ENVY before I built my own) and I never had problems (granted a 1070 is a fair bit stronger).  It's still a 4 core i5 that, until coffeelake, didn't really change much since it came out performance wise over the last few years (meaning the 6500 and 7500 i5s).  However, if your system needs help elsewhere (and I'm not saying it does as I don't know) you may want to hold off and upgrade to a new platform, beit Ryzen or Coffeelake.
