Apache Web Server?

Can you see it? Can you reach this website? If you can please report back the text you're seeing there.

 

I set up this Apache web server using my local IPv4 (192.168...) and I forwarded port 80 (default) and set inbound rule for it through firewall and allowed program through firewall as well.

 

I tried setting up the server with my public IP but it didn't work at all.
