Weird Windows annoyance

some times where playing games or somethings. i must hit something or do something that makes half or more of my keyboard become shortcuts and pressing [spacebar] beings up change keyboard layout, up and down minimised and maximised folders. sort of new ish last week or 2

sounds like the ctrl, alt, or alt gr key is stuck... some tools that come to foreground while the mouse is hoovering above them may do that like Winstep Nexus

Go to control panel>ease of access>ease of access center>make the keyboard easier to use and then disable sticky keys.

Or you can just simply search for "shortcuts" on cortana and it'll take you there.

or you could have a second language or input method enabled. which usually changes with the shortcut keys space+crtl i think
