Rx 580 4gb help?

so i just recently purchased a pre-built pc -.- yes i know. it has an ryzen 5 1400 OC'd to 3.4 and an rx 580 4gb oc'd to 1450 clock and 1900 on vram however im unable to even play bf1 on high running it in dx11 since dx12 cripples the fps even more im wondering if this is normal for this or if maybe my system might have been damaged during shipping

What resolution are you running at

it should run well.

60FPS on ultra should not be a problem...i would uninstall all the graphics drivers with DDU and re-install fresh and check what is running in the background

Exactly what @i_build_nanosuits said.  I have an RX 480 4gb with an I5 4460 and can play at high resolution on 1080P and average right about 71 fps.

yea im not understanding either ive lit disabled every un important windows background processes optimized windows and reinstalled drivers starting to wonder if some thing went wrong in shipping
