Hello

I recently got a 2nd monitor 27" 3840x2160 resolution as secondary and for some applications like VLC and other buttons are too small or to reach. Is there a way to fix this issue? or is it because the resolution is too large for 
them to make compatible with my main monitor which is 24 inch monitor. the 2nd monitor is 4k btw.

Check the scaling on the second monitor, both in your computer settings and in the monitors' own settings page.
