Lights but no action

fx8350

2x rx580

rx 380

Corsair 1000x 

16gb ram

when i connect the third graphics card to the power supply lights come on but no fans spinning the pc works fine with 2x580s but when i connect the third card wont boot what should i do

If you connect the third card and it doesnt boot, try connecting only the rx 380, if it doesnt boot then the card is toast

Do you mean R9 380?
All of those are somewhat power-hungry cards; although you have a 1000w power supply, I'm not quite sure if it's enough...
