PLS HELP ME

so i recently made a new pc and when playing gta v everything ranging from high very high and ultra and fxaa and msaa on vsync off

 

the problem is it shows this weird red spots and weird artifacting pls help

OC a bit but dialed it back and still was there

reset your OC and see if it still there?

 

what GPU you are using?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

already removed all oc thats what dialed back means

 

palit GTX 1060 6gb
