This doesnt make sense because the disk space is unallowcated.

You said the Drive is old, its probably just f*cked.

So what is the EFI System Partition? Some googling told me that if I delete it, I wouldn't be able to boot any programs from the drive. Does it matter if Storage D is not my boot drive? Furthermore, I cant expand storage D to fill the unallowcated partition.Like what I am trying to achieve is for disk 0 to have 1 single partition but it wont let me do that. Is my only option to wipe the entire drive then reformat it? I kinda have a lot of data on my storage hdd so I would hate to format it.

C is always going to be your boot drive, The Unallocated space does not seem to be formatted. Format it into NTFS and initialize the portion of unallocated space.

Too bad Disk Management is not more straightforward.

That partition is used to hold some of Windows' boot information, so unless ya wanna break your Windows install, I'd advise against it.
