Is This Safe?

A couple days ago I filled out the form to get a free NM AM4-UxS from Noctua for my recently purchased NH-U14S. I've since then received 2 emails that look to be related but with a catch. Both contain attachments but 1 of them ended up in my junk folder. I haven't opened either yet & am wondering if any of y'all who've claimed the same or similar mounting hardware have been emailed by the following address when doing so. Normally I never open an email with an attachment & find it odd that there would be one when the email is titled to be a shipping confirmation.

Never mind, just found out Rascom Computer Distribution is a division of Noctua.
