Hello, my cpu and gpu are using so much i have done everything to fix it i replaced the cpu put in a new water cooler changed motherboard and nothing has fixed it. i have a I7-7700k with a Evga 1080ti ftw3 and when im playing ww2 my gpu is at 100% even though the game says its only gonna use 3gb of the gpu and the cpu usage is very high i can't even record and play at the same time, i also have installed new drivers and fresh install of windows at a idle im using 30% of my cpu with nothing open. Also my ram is 16gb of 2666mhz HyperX Fury. My cpu usage is also high on other games where it use to be lower on my old setup and everything i have now is way better i just built the pc last night and nothing changed the usage.

How sure are you that you have nothing open and running in the background? Is there anything in the system tray (i'm betting there is).

how much of the GPUs ram is being used and how much of the gpu is being used are not equal. a game can tax the gpu 100% and still only use 2-3GB of vram. Its all about how high you have the graphical settings of the game. Also windows will still use cpu power while you are idle in the desktop. This sounds to me like you have your game settings at max and the CPU is being hammered with draw calls.

YOu can also try going into Nvidia control panel / manage 3D settings / Program settings / ADD / Find Cod ww2 exe or shortcut / Max pre rendered Frames change to 4 / Multi frame sample AA change to ON / APPLY
