Help picking out a monitor

Chapa56

Hi I recently built a new pc and I was wondering if a ryzen 5 1600 and gtx 1070 would be good for 1080p 144hz gaming. My current monitor is 60hz and is stutters quite often. The games I usually play are pubg and that stutters a lot but I get good Fps, I also play ww2, and single player titles such as fallout, Skyrim, doom, etc

My full specs are

cpu: Ryzen 5 1600 3.6 ghz (non oc)

gpu: Evga gtx 1070sc

psu: Evga 500w 80+

mobo: Msi b350 gaming plus

hdd: seagate 1tb

ram: Corsair vengeance 16gb 3000mhz
