Hi everyone

I have an issue that I'm not able to solve since I know basically nothing about audio stuff.

I want to make my sound system's speakers my new audio output for my TV (LED) but the problem is that the speakers have wired cables, and that's it, it's just the bare cable, no connector or something like that. And my TV doesn't have an input for this type of thing. Maybe there's an adaptor for this?  I'll leave some pictures just in case. Thanks in advance!

hey, first of all the speaker wires, as shown in the first picture, are the ones going out of the box to the speakers. so you need to find the pannel labled stereo in

So you want your TV to output sound through your Hifi/amp/whatever yeah?

In which case, "input for my tv" is wrong. You're looking at connectors that the TV puts "out" to the audio device of choosing.

I actually do this too but simply use an audio out/headphone cable > composite in. That has been the same way for me pretty much for like 20 years.

List your TV audio out connections, and your audio device's audio input connections.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

the first picture is a Dolby 2.1 stereo output and if your tv does not have a Dolby 2.1 output the only way to make this work is trough getting a 2.1 stereo which has an optical or HDMI input or getting a DJ mixer with a USB input to get it from your pc

ask me about your system builds, AIO's, CPU's, PSU's, and GPU's.

its not 2.1, if it was there would be three outs because the first number is how many tweeters you have, and the second number is how many sub woofers you have. this is just simple stereo

You can not plug your speakers directly in to the TV. You would need an amplifier, which it seems like you have one, as they are connected to something right now.

Thanks for the correction! But I don't get how can I connec the two wires to the back of the TV, should I buy an adaptor from the cables to the TV's audio port?

Hi! The wires come from the speakers and are connected to the micro component console (as shown on the pic) that's why I wonder if there's any kind of dongle/adaptor that as an input takes the wires and as an output an RCA, which would be the one on the back of my TV. Any suggestions? Thanks again!
