I agree with the call for a 4790k because you have a Z97 board. You can OC it, you'll have 8 threads, it'll keep for a few years before you upgrade your graphics card.

Yes, for offline store, they won't stock an old pricey cpu that no new users want.

You can either get online or back order, but i'm sure they will offer a back order if there's still any stock left.
