Ram upgrade

Now I have 4GB ram stick and play to buy 8GB one to upgrade, and randomly though would it make 12GB and would my CPU handle it?(I3-4350)

Yes it would make 12GB and it is compatible. Make sure that you get memory that has the same CAS Latencies and refer to your motherboard manual to make sure you put it in the correct slot. (It's likely that you'll have to place them in different channels, A and B separately)

then it shouldn't be an issue as they act as separate channels. Read your motherboard manual to make sure that varying stick sizes can be installed (OR use the application recommended above )
