no post. Wired display flashing

Hi guys, my pc no longer posts after i disassembled it for cleaning.

Sometimes, I don't get a post and very rarely, This happens- blinking lights (using igpu) on display.  I tried both the i-gpu and a discrete gtx970(no post).

What do you think the issue is

That is one hell of a lightshow you're getting there bud.

 

I would recheck everything - something awful is being transmitted through the cable to your monitor, so check especially that you aren't shorting the motherboard (and backplate) to the chassis.
