Asus pricing?

Anyone know whats up with Asus's pricing and availability of their 1000 series cards. Id not like to pay an extra $200 for a card when i could get a 1080 for that

High demand for nice coolers drive down supply, lower supply means higher cost.  

 

Asus has basically the beast cooler in the American market before you stray into aio options, thus demand is high and so is price.

I agree. Gigabyte and Zotac are really good too. For Nvidia, go Asus or EVGA. For AMD, Asus, Sapphire.
