Questions about cables

I have a few questions. My s340 elite came with two fans installed, and they have what looks like a molec connector on the end. where do i plug that into? Also, my case came with an hdmi cable, do I need that? where do i plug it into? Also, is the port on my motherboard labeled f_audio the same as hdaudio? Can i plug the sata data cable into any sata port on my motherboard? Lastly, can someone explain front panel connectors? apparently some of them need to be flipped one way or something about polarity, and it’s confusing. Thank you!
