Ultrawide Youtube Refresh issue?

So i Upgraded to an LG 34UC79G-B 34-I monitor, and ever since then I've been having some weird refresh issues with YouTube, and YouTube only, Netflix and others work fine. I'm not even sure how to describe it, so i figured a picture would be the best way, keep in mind that the video never stops playing or anything during this. 

My internet never has any lagging or problems with YouTube either.
My build
i7 4790k with a cooler master 240 AIO
Gigabyte z97x Gaming 7 MOBO
16g of corsair vengance ram
My Os is running on an 850 Evo SSD with Windows 10
750w PSU
Gigabyte GTX 1080ti
My LG Montior is running at 144hz, and on 60hz i still run into the same problem. Not sure what to do, i feel like its something on YoutTubes end but id like to fix this is possible. Thank you in advance.
